Account Engagement page loading never ends

This problem occurs in the following cases:

1. When an Ad Blocker Chrome extension is enabled.
2. When ‘Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated’ is enabled in the Session Settings.

Also, please note that there are many other applications that become unusable when the latter setting is enabled. One such example is the DevOps Center.
